Khotugu Sulus is among the largest liquid Hydrocarbons and natural gas producer in Russia. The Company is principally engaged in the exploration, production, processing and marketing of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons and have many years of operational experience in the Russian oil and natural gas sector through its association with other companies.
We carry commercial production of natural gas, gas condensate and crude oil at 20 fields. We stabilize gas condensate and we process stable gas condensate at our refinery Complex.
Solar panels and wind generators provide the necessary electricity to operate the telemechanic system and valves of the condensate pipeline connecting our exploration field with the production Plant
The Company uses a systematic and comprehensive approach to exploration and development of its fields and license areas, from the collection and interpretation of seismic data to the creation of dynamic field models for the placement of exploration and production wells.

MARKETING
According to preliminary data in the first quarter 2020, petroleum product sales volumes aggregated 1,500 thousand tons, including 1,000 thousand tons of naphtha, 300 thousand tons of jet fuel, and 200 thousand tons of fuel oil and gasoil. The company sold 1,164 thousand tons of crude oil and 414 thousand tons of stable gas condensate.

Khotugu Sulus has a key role in ensuring supplies of natural gas to the domestic market. During 2019, the Company supplied natural gas to 40 regions within the Russian Federation. Our end customers and traders were located in various parts including Moscow and Moscow region.
SALES ON INTERNATIONAL MARKET
liquids sales volumes reached 16,355 mt, or 3.4% more than in 2018. In 2019, our export sales volumes increased by 6.4% as compared to 2018 and amounted to 9,571 mt. One of our key priorities is to expand the geography of supplies and enhance our presence in main consumer markets. In the reporting year, first LNG cargoes were supplied to Japan, South Korea, and Bangladesh.
Khotugu Sulus is fully committed to putting the life and health of its employees above operational results, and is aware of its responsibility for ensuring accident-free operations and safe labor conditions for its employees, as well as protecting the health of the population in the areas where we operate. In its pursuit to reduce the injury rate in production activities, the Company continuously improves approaches to occupational and industrial safety management. This safety is achieved through continuous analysis of production process.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS: KHOTUGU SULUS continues to develop the Company’s continuing education program, which provides opportunities to gifted students from the regions where we operate to further their education at top rated universities, participate in our internships and, upon completion of their studies, possible employment with the Company.
CHARITY: In 2017, KHOTUGU SULUS adopted its Charity Policy, which provides for supporting children in desperate need of medical care residing in the regions where we operate. In the reporting year, the Company continued implementation of the charity project “Health Territory”.
